RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

1. General information

Aemcy offers two distinct types of products:

Curated by Aemcy: carefully selected second hand and vintage garments
Aemcy Paris archive pieces: new, unworn items from past Aemcy collections

Each category follows the return conditions outlined below.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these conditions.

We carefully inspect each piece and provide detailed descriptions and images on every product page. If you have any questions before purchasing, we are happy to guide you personally via WhatsApp or email. The Aemcy team is available to assist you.


2. Return period

You have the right to request a return within 14 days of delivery.

3. Return conditions

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The item must be returned within 14 days of delivery
  • The original protection tag must remain attached
  • The item must not have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged
  • The item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent
  • Proof of purchase is required

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned item does not meet these conditions.

If the item is returned damaged, worn, altered, or without the protection tag:

  • the refund will be refused
  • the item can be sent back to the customer at their expense

4. Product condition transparency

Curated by Aemcy pieces are second hand and vintage garments.
Signs of previous wear may be present and are part of the garment’s character.

Aemcy Paris archive pieces are new and unworn items from previous collections.
Minor signs of storage or natural material aging may occur.

All visible characteristics are described and shown in product images.
Customers are responsible for reviewing descriptions and photos carefully before purchasing.


5. Sale and discounted items

All discounted or sale items are final sale.

They are:

  • not refundable
  • not eligible for return or exchange

No exceptions.


6. Refund process

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Original shipping fees are non refundable.

Once your return is received:

  • the item will be inspected to ensure it is in the same condition as when shipped
  • you will receive confirmation by email

If approved:

  • the refund will be issued to the original payment method
  • processing times depend on your bank or payment provider

We strongly recommend using tracked shipping.
Aemcy is not responsible for lost return shipments.
